• End-to-end HR Process: Advice, challenge, coach and support Managers in their role on people related processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path
implementation, resource planning and recruitment).
• Talent Management: Facilitate the identification of talent, key positions & succession plans at all
levels
• Recruitment: Full life cycle recruiting for assigned client group including candidate engagement,
assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, and closing/negotiating the offers.
• Learning & development: Produce effective solutions: support the Training Needs Analysis for the region, implement Training Solutions across all sectors and functions, and align implementation
to the Learning and Development Priorities and plan.
• Employee Engagement: Management of an Employee Engagement Survey, follows up actions,
and implementation of several engagement and recognition initiatives.
