Stefan Sander Grods is Product Owner & Team Lead in Danske Bank, where he is responsible for the programme High-Performance Teams. Until now, Stefan and his corps have delivered insights based on people analytics to +500 teams globally to improve team dynamics, trust, and higher customer centricity through facilitated dialogue. Moreover, Stefan is a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, where he teaches students how Performance Management-systems can support/disrupt organisational development.
