Christian is currently a Senior Manager in charge of fostering a People Analytics Mindset within Infineon’s HR and paving the way for fact-based decision making. Prior to that, Christian held several analytics-related positions in Consulting and Sales at SAP and Deutsche Telekom. Exactly those experiences from outside HR help Christian to rethink the way HR is using data-driven insights.
