Olga joined HP in 1997 and has since worked in various EMEA and WW leadership roles in Customer Care-, Digital-, and Training- functions. Since May 2022 she moved to HP’s People Organisation and is focused on enhancing People + Work Experiences, including by designing new future work models to drive HP’s biggest work(force) opportunities and including employees in the change, allowing them to own the change they want to see.
Olga holds a master’s degree in political sciences from the University of Amsterdam. As a life-long learner, she continued her education at INSEAD, Harvard, Nyenrode, MIT, Stanford, and the University of Cambridge. She is intrigued by the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence, passionate about design thinking, and always curious to learn more.
