In my current job at Ceridian I’m leading the large enterprise sales team in EMEA.

In my career I also developed two startups. As one of the founders of ExecuTRACK we had a successful exit after 5 years of rapid growth and sold the company to StepStone in 2006. And in my role as board member of 22CONNECT AG I supported the executive team to become one of the most innovative challenger in the SaaS recruitment market.

I graduated from the University of Essen, Germany with a diploma and PhD in Business Information Technology, specialising in HR IT with the dissertation on 'Re-engineering and optimisation of HR processes through Internet technologies'.
