Katrin has been working in HR in the IT industry for over 25 years. After companies such as HP and HPE, Katrin took over the role of CHRO for Cisco Germany in 2021. She is focusing on topics like corporate culture, how to stay an attractive employer in the current environment as well as how to retain and promote talents, all the while aligning with the overall corporate strategy.
