Sabrina Seefelder is the Global Head of People Attraction and Development at Allianz Technology since January 2020. She oversees the areas of Talent Management, People Attraction, Employer Branding, Employee Experience, Learning and Development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Sabrina has 14 years of experience in HR and organizational development, mainly working in the consulting and logistics industry, and now more recently in financial services and technology. She started her career in recruitment and training in Singapore, the Netherlands, and Germany. She then moved to DHL where she covered a broad range of HR areas primarily in Talent Development. In 2014, she worked as a Business Manager for the Group CFO of DHL. And in 2017 prior to her current role, she was Vice President for Talent Management, Development and Engagement for DHL Global forwarding.  

Sabrina holds a Master’s Degree in HR & Industrial Management specializing in the Transportation industries
