Hej! I’m Jennifer and I lead the Recruitment, Sourcing and Onboarding Team at Ingka. I joined IKEA in 2016 and that is also when my journey within TA started. I got the opportunity to bring my collected experience from Employer Branding and Customer Experience but also from my years as a professional soccer player into the IKEA world and it turned out my leadership philosophy and IKEA’s culture and values, were a match made in heaven.
My never-ending passion is to grow our business through our people and I love developing high-performing teams in this fast-paced environment that we are in. Of course, you need a strong mission and vision, but the most important part for me is to be able to bring things into action and I always try to stay true to my motto of nothing is impossible!
