A graduate of the Integra School of Business Coaches. An expert in the field of human resources management, with which he has been associated for over 25 years. Last 17 years in the role of HR Director/HR Manager. He specializes in issues related to the selection of employees, organization and division of work, building teams and increasing their effectiveness, developing managerial skills, leadership, interpersonal communication, public speaking and strategic management. Lecturer at the WSB University in Poznań. Privately, he is a happy husband and father of three children.
