The Pop in Job: Being passionate about psychology and sociology I am convinced that without up to date psychological and sociological knowledge it is impossible to effectively manage people and business today. I perceive HR as the main if not the only one function that can bring this knowledge to the organization. And this why I love job – it allows me to connect my passion and drive to expand my knowledge with opportunity to translate and implement this knowledge on the practical level in organization. Finding answers to question what conditions will allow people to thrive and then shape culture and work environment based on those answers. Observing afterwards not only development of employees but as the inevitable result of such culture – development of organization.
