Panelists will share insights on how organizations can strike a balance between leveraging AI’s capabilities and mitigating potential challenges, ensuring sustainable, ethical, and impactful outcomes. As the Global Head of People Analytics and Employee Engagement at Philips, and over 15 years of experience in workforce analytics and planning to deliver strategic insights and solutions that enhance the performance and well-being of our employees. I lead a global team of analysts and consultants who partner with business leaders and HR functions to design and implement data-driven initiatives that support our organizational goals and culture. Some of the key areas of focus include Retention, Workforce Planning, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and satisfaction, and workforce optimization and development. Previously, I was the Head of People Analytics and Reporting at Novartis, where I established and scaled the people analytics function across the global enterprise, and the Director of Workforce Analytics and Planning at Willis Towers Watson, where I led the regional practice for the Asia-Pacific market. I have strong skills in customer relationship management (CRM), analytical tools and methods, and strategy development and execution. I am passionate about using people analytics to empower and engage our employees, and to create a positive impact on our business and society.

Led teams and product development both in corporate and start-up setup. Technically minded and I communicate well with both tech and business teams.
