I have over 20 years of experience in leading successful teams and inspiring change across various functions and regions. My mission is to rethink how operations can bring value to our customers and stakeholders by leveraging technology, heart and culture to build personalized L&D pathways and solutions. I am also an advocate of automation in the right place and a champion of operational excellence and transformation.
