As part of the partnership parties have developed various HR theme dashboards such as Employee Turnover and Rewards and provided valuable insights to drive HR decisions, e.g, on topics such as attrition and equal pay. Further advancing FrieslandCampina’s strategic journey in turning data into insights and making usage of insights part of HR habit by leveraging (Gen) AI technology, data quality is required as a solid foundation.
