For more than 6 years now I have been leading People/HR Analytics initiatives in Societe Generale. What motivates me in my job is the challenge to bring our People Data together worldwide, leveraging from a complex and decentralized HRIS environment, and the ability to make some fact based decision to accompany the HR and the Business strategy overall.
