Cecilie Heuch has been the Chief HR Officer at DNV GL for the past 11 years. DNV GL is a 13.500 people company with activities in 100 countries, selling services to the Maritime, Oil&Gas and Renewables industries. Cecilie’s areas of responsibility include people processes, compensation & benefits, leadership development, internal communication, HSE and the management system. Over the past two years Cecilie has been particularly involved in HR technology and in pushing the digitalization agenda of the company.
Previously Cecilie had several roles within Market Analysis in Hydro Aluminium and within Strategy and Business Development in the fertilizer industry in Yara.
Cecilie gradu¬ated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. She has a MSc from London School of Economics and a Business diploma from Henley Management College.
