I have proven experience and skills developing and leading global recruiting teams, creating and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies and comprehensive employment branding and recruitment marketing experience.

My industry tenure, attracting talent, spans across multiple disciplines and levels, ranging from Engineering to Sales/Marketing and Early Talent (University Relations) to Executive (VP and C-Suite). Additionally, I have been fortunate to continually cultivate my passion for and experience in employment branding and recruitment marketing, along with authoring and implementing impactful and innovative recruitment and sourcing programs, such as bar raisers, technical challenges/evaluations, effective hiring and interviewing techniques, etc., to qualify and nurture top talent along their employment journey.
