Internal coaching, training activities and multiple universitarian speeches (since more than a decade), especially related to negotiation techniques, sales approaches and leadership attitudes. Planning of commercial and acquisition tactics in designated market area along with direct responsibility for developing client relationships (above all in automotive sector) with more than one hundred global customers/prospects, as well as accountability for actions of business managers and local commercial teams. Market and competitors' analysis, managing institutional relationships, direct responsibility for the most challenging negotiations with the multinational clients assigned. Directly reporting to the CEO.
