I'm an ambitious Talent Acquisition leader from Berlin, Germany with experience in Recruitment and Employer Branding for the past 12 years. My personal mission is to create excitement and passion amongst my team members for the job they are doing while maintaining clear focus on business goals. I understand Talent Acquisition as a critical success factor of the business. Therefore I consider a long-term and data-driven recruiting strategy indespensable for every company. In my leisure time I love to be in nature with my dog and horse and I enjoy to travel to different countries to get to know new cultures, people and good food.
