Currently, I lead the Global HR Services & Solutions at Clariant, overseeing global HR services through Shared Service Centers (SSCs), HR Technology, HR Solutions/PMO, HR Analytics, HR cost management, and related HR M&A activities — impacting thousands of employees worldwide.
