I am an active individual with a real passion for training and sales. I love the social dimension of life and for that reason, I want that every interaction with the people around me is a qualitative one. I have over 9 years of experience in training, certified for 7 and over 10 years in sales. I started as a volunteer in a student organization and since then I have passed through all the development stages of a trainer and of a consultant. I have worked and led many teams, knowing success through selling products from life insurance, to leasing, to construction equipment or financial services. Meanwhile, training was a constant for me and I have never stopped developing myself, developing others, but above all I have never stopped in my pursue for perfection. I am specialized in sales, communication, presentation skills, leadership. Now I can safely say that I am ready, but also able to combine my two passions in order to provide my clients with a realistic and complete learning process. 

Wenfei Jia is a Product Manager at we.CONECT Global Leaders in Berlin. She supports the development of international B2B events and platforms that connect people and ideas. Previously, she worked in editorial, media, and cultural organizations, where she gained experience in project management, communication, and content development. With a background in literature and cultural studies, she values diverse perspectives and intercultural collaboration.

What excites me most about my job is the chance to explore new and future-oriented topics, especially in technical fields. I really enjoy learning and being inspired by different perspectives and areas of expertise. At the same time, I find it very rewarding to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and to bring them together.
