Emilia is originally from Poland and a Berliner at heart, with a career spanning over 8 years in Talent Acquisition. Having worked in both agency and in-house environments, she‘s deeply familiar with the nuances of recruitment from all angles. After her journey in the agency world, she made a conscious decision to pivot towards focusing on DEI and Employer Branding, areas of passion that align with a broader vision for creating inclusive and engaging workplaces. Outside of work, Emilia is a proud owner of two beautiful English Bulldog ladies, who add joy and personality to daily life.
