Assaf Greisman has 13 years of professional work experience both as a consultant at Hay Group, as well as an expert and a department head. Currently, he heads the Reward Management and International Executive Regulations department at Deutsche Bahn Cargo AG. His areas of expertise include policy, design and strategic issues concerning Job Evaluation, Reward Management, International HR Governance, Performance Management, Organizational Design and HR Strategy. Assaf is also an active writer an d has published six articles about Reward and Talent Management, Employee Surveys and the strategic role of HR in Organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from the Goethe University in Frankfurt and a Master of Business Consulting (M.BC.) from the Wismar University of Applied Sciences.
