Dr. Claudia Salomon assumes the role of HR Analytics lead (founding project) to implement a data-driven digital HR approach throughout the T-Systems organization. In this role, she is working closely with central functions of Deutsche Telekom to initiate innovative Reporting & Analytics solutions and synergies in the DT Group. Prior to this, she was HR Business Partner of T-Systems Portfolio Unit Digital Solutions. Before that, she was HR Business Partner for Telekom Security and Digital Division in personal union, where she was in charge of Security, Public Cloud, IoT, Smart City, and Health. In addition, she is a Member of the TSI Top Leadership Team and TSI HR Managing Committee since April 2016. Prior to this, she was a Partner at the Management Consulting Detecon and held different expert and management positions at Deutsche Telekom Group.
