People analytics is about business. I partner with engineering and business leaders, to understand the business and people prioritised while discovering ways to measure and analyze who and how to attract, retain and develop. I bring experiences from hyper growth scale-ups.

Prior startups, I spent several years in the consulting industry on building software solutions. I worked closely with software engineers and business stakeholders, with the aim to build products that deliver value. I've collected knowledge from development, product, implementation and testing.
