I stumbled into the world of recruitment by chance, and I haven't looked back since. Working at an agency was like riding a roller coaster – there were ups and downs, but the highs were totally worth it. During that time I also dabbled in organizing HR roundtables, peer-to-peer exchanges and meetups, which opened my eyes to the broader possibilities within recruitment and talent acquisition. That's when I made the leap to Digital Charging Solutions and where I'm on a mission to build diverse and inclusive teams. My responsibilities are a dynamic blend. In recruitment, I've led end-to-end processes for various roles, including executive positions, active sourcing and secret searches. My expertise has allowed me to guide Hiring Managers, conducting interview trainings and workshops to improve recruitment processes in IT. Beyond recruitment, I've been involved in onboarding new employees, conducting 100-day feedback calls, and elevating our employer brand.
