Eric is working at Lidl International since 2019. Before that, he was an HR IT and Presales Consultant for a German software provider. His areas of expertise included process consulting, customizing and implementation support of all HR modules in medium and large enterprises. However, his heart beats above all for the implementation and optimization of applicant management systems and processes. Currently Eric is as a HR Consultant responsible for the applicant management and related reporting systems in 32 countries within the Lidl Group.
