Gemma is an experienced HR data and analytics leader with nearly a decade at Essity, specializing in global HR reporting, data governance, and digital enablement. In her current role as Global HR Data & Reporting Manager, she oversees Workday reporting, global data governance, dashboard development, and drives data quality initiatives across HR systems worldwide.

Previously, she served as Global HR Master Data & Analytics Manager, where she built and scaled HR analytics services, delivered strategic workforce insights, and ensured compliance with global data regulations. Earlier, as Process Leader HR Services, she led projects to harmonize and optimize HR processes, driving service excellence and innovation.

With a career spanning HR administration to global leadership, Gemma is passionate about leveraging data to improve decision-making, enhance employee experiences, and enable organizational transformation.
