Building Talent Acquisition Management & Employer Branding from the ground up at UNIPER together with extraordinary colleagues and different works counsels. I am testing technologies such as AI and iRPA in recruitment to improve the candidate and user experience in SAP Success Factors. Besides, my focus is on the development of a recruiting channel strategy, in concert with other recruiters and our SAP specialist. It´s not just implementing some social media platforms and active sourcing channels but also educating key stakeholders to use those effectively and smart. As a TAM team we are solving HR problems using data, digital and social media – making an impact for the CANDIDATES.
