As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, I oversee the recruitment strategy, processes, and systems for the company, ensuring that we attract, engage, and retain diverse and high-performing candidates across all functions and regions. I also lead the talent acquisition team, empowering them to deliver excellence and innovation in their roles. Previously, I worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition Tech and the Team Lead Talent Acquisition at AUTO1 Group, where I managed the hiring of tech and engineering roles, implemented data-driven and agile recruitment methods, and improved the employer branding and candidate experience. I have a Master of Science in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University, and I hold certifications in Italian, English, and German languages (native Spanish). I have strong skills in organizational change management, social networking, and human resources, which I leverage to drive growth, culture, and performance for Lovehoney Group.
