Jenny has enjoyed a successful career in HR, working in a range of complex high technology FTSE 100 organisations. She is currently leading a programme to help UK SME’s to improve their productivity through a focus on employee engagement and better workplace practices. Prior to this Jenny was Head of HR Transformation in BAE SYSTEMS where she led a functional change and improvement programme that saved millions across the UK organisation.
Previous roles have included developing the talent pipelines for global engineering and project management functions to assure future business needs and being part of the Global Performance Excellence team responsible for the organisation's strategy, governance and execution policies; in this role she helped to establish new strategic offices in India and Oman.
Jenny is passionate about developing others and has designed and delivered a number of organisation wide, strategic leadership development programmes focused on change and transformation. In addition, she devotes some of her time to mentoring and coaching new entrants into the organisation accelerating their contribution to the business.
