Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours, Statistics from the University of Cape Town and a Masters of Commerce, Statistics from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.

She was HRIS Analysts at Argus Media in London, in which role she was responsible for the system administration of the LMS platform, Fuse - including creation and editing of custom HTML widget coding.

In her current position as HR Data, Insights, and Reward Manager at Financial Times, one of the topics is interested in is achieving a 100% bias-free AI-supported decision-making supporting the organisation's rewards and benefits programs.
