Judith took over the role of Senior Vice President Human Resources & Communication for the Scout24 Group in January 2015.
Judith joined Scout24 from Danone food corporation where she has worked as a fully qualified lawyer since 2003. Most recently she was responsible for the Human Resources of a division, covering twelve countries (Europe, Latin America and Russia). Previous to this she set up the Talent Management for a recently acquired Danone segment and also took over Human Resources for the German base of the company. Prior to joining Danone, she has held various positions in the field of Human Resources at Siemens since 1996.
Judith has 18 years of experience in personnel and management with major companies in various European countries and will be part of a panel discoussion.
