Julia Kupke (32) is co-founder of Lotaro, a virtual live training platform for employees. Due to her HR background, her focus lays on corporate vision, product development and operations. Before founding Lotaro in May 2022, she worked for many years in management consulting and in the start-up environment. She founded her own company BonaVal (a B2B2C platform), was 2 years responsible for performance marketing and B2B sales at Venture Stars, and served as a strategy consultant at Accenture for companies in the retail, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. Most recently, she served as part of the executive team in the role of Chief of Growth and People at Stryber, the largest strategic corporate venture builder in 5 countries. In addition to her expertise in marketing, venture building and digitizing companies, Julia Kupke has extensive expertise in Modern Leadership and People Development.

This also led to the vision for Lotaro to make high-quality and relevant training available to every employee.
