I lead the global GTM Talent Acquisition team for Dataminr, a pre-IPO cybersecurity and corporate security SaaS company. We’re scaling an impressive charge as we grow in key regions. My role involves managing a talented group of recruiters delivering on high-growth hiring goals. We as a team also tackle strategic meaningful projects including Interview Training, effective DEI initiatives, and ongoing process improvements. My experience includes a mix of leadership roles in in-house Talent Acquisition, both at pre-IPO companies and larger organizations, covering a wide range of tech sectors, including SaaS, cybersecurity, and AI.
