Since joining Beckers in 2018, she has held key roles as Manager People Analytics & Engagement and Global HR Generalist, where she led workforce planning, executive pay benchmarking, compensation strategies, and employee engagement projects. Her expertise spans data-driven HR decision-making, talent management, and strategic workforce planning.
Earlier in her career, Katalin worked at E.ON, Korn Ferry (Hay Group), and Hewlett-Packard, specializing in compensation, workforce analytics, and talent strategy. With global experience across industries, she is passionate about aligning people strategies with business transformation.
