Before starting in people analytics I did several forecasting and optimization projects in the commercial and operational part of KLM. Now I can use this experience to help our HR domain become data driven and provide them with dynamic dashboards, recommender tools and forecasts. As Data Science leader I am building an organization that can support our business on all the complex questions and challenges they have and create a data platform where data is available on demand for adhoc analysis and can be used by our data scientists for forecasting and ML models. I like to explore new techniques and use them in new features to serve our business. In this role I am taking the lead in generating new ideas and come up with innovations that bring value to our organization.
