I am a psychologist based in Berlin with over eight years of experience in HR, comple​​mented by a background in experience design and user research. After leading strategic initiatives at Viessmann Climate Solutions - including global health programs, culture transformation, and change management during a major merger - I transitioned to the talent space at Carrier, where I now lead several initiatives within the global Talent COE. My focus is on activating our Talent philosophy and driving succession planning and executive development across the organization.
