Exploring the exciting field of HR Technology - from different tools that are out there (HRIS, ATS, etc.) to different approach to integrating them together and with other tools used in the company, all with the purpose of optimizing the work of HR people and improving the employee experience overall. On top of that, using the people data in a proper way to bring new insights which can help the success of the company's business objectives (e.g. analysis of Retention, Performance, Recruitment, Engagement, D&I data).
