Nico Schneemann is Director HRIS North America at Kuehne + Nagel. As such, he is responsible for all HRIS systems in the USA, Mexico and Canada, as well as for setting the HRIS strategy aligning with business needs, while partnering with HR management and IT. At the same time, he searches for new HR technologies/ideas to solve HR problems and improve efficiency and is in charge of the implementation of a new HR onboarding system in the USA.
