Quentin Toulemonde is a Manager Strategic Insights at Philip Morris International. Quentin possesses a thoughtful approach to strategy and organizational dynamics, grounded in diverse experiences across various sectors. Educated at Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and the London School of Economics, Quentin has had the opportunity to collaborate with teams at the Boston Consulting Group in London and contribute to meaningful projects in business development and transformation at Sommet Education, a premium hospitality management education group. His experiences in different cultures, especially in the UK and Switzerland, have enriched his understanding of organizational intricacies. Within Philip Morris's People Analytics department, which he joined in 2021, Quentin is involved in exploring organizational health indicators, emphasizing the importance of data in understanding employee well-being and productivity. As a speaker, he seeks to share learnings, foster dialogue, and inspire a thoughtful approach to complex organizational challenges.

The effervescence in my role mirrors the fervor I possess for unraveling organizational complexities. What truly invigorates me is the perpetual journey of discovery; each day presents an enigma, a challenge that beckons innovative solutions and strategic thinking. My passion lies in bridging the gap between data-driven insights and human intuition within the realm of People Analytics. The excitement of crafting novel solutions and the tangible impact they forge on an organization's health and growth is deeply gratifying. Witnessing the ripple effect of my endeavors, as they enhance not just processes but also individual experiences, is why I ardently love my job.
