Simone Lietz-Gresens is the global VP of HR for Mastercard’s Consumer Products & Processing and is responsible for creating and driving the HR strategy and people agenda across the various markets in support of the business priorities.

Simone began her career as HR consultant at the Royal Bank of Scotland and moved to Santander Consumer Bank focusing on merger, acquisition and integration activities. Prior joining Mastercard, Simone held the role of HR Europe at Asus Computer based in Germany. She gained invaluable experience managing core HR disciplines including employment relations, compensation and benefits and talent management and development. Simone has a passionate interest in creating and driving experiences for employees to accelerate their development and coaching employees in managing their careers.

Simone has a law degree from University of Düsseldorf, including certification in Anglo-American Law and is a member of the chamber of Lawyers in Düsseldorf. She also has participated in the Talent Management Institute Program at the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School.
