Leading a TA Team to support multiple OpCo's hiring all over EMEA. Having the opportunity to lead and support fantastic experiences in recruiting for all departments and roles on various levels.

Part of this role is working with and leading a talented team to set Talent Acquisition strategies, design standard work, organize events, develop Employer Branding (campaigns), and many more (recruiting) projects for this continuous improvement and fast-growing business.
