Her experience spans HRIS implementation, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement across European markets. With a background in marketing and business development, Adrianna brings a unique cross-functional perspective to data-driven decision-making in HR transformation initiatives.

Carlos is a technology specialist focused on Reporting and Analytics solutions. He joined as an intern 3 years ago on the IT HR ELC team and soon stepped on the role of Reporting and Analytics where Carlos has been managing the SuccessFactors Reporting capabilities, while broadening his expertise on Auzre analytics technologies and Snowflake developments. While still on his early career, Carlos has become one of Nestlé's inhouse experts with regards to data on HRIS.
The Pop in Your Job:
I am crazily passionate about data. I love being able to design, structure and enable data to our receivers in the HR function. This role permits me to challenge myself intellectually, which is actually highly motivating for me.
