With extensive experience in people analytics, I lead global teams and define enterprise-wide analytics strategy for complex, matrix organizations. My work spans business intelligence, data science, and the implementation of AI, creating scalable, global solutions that optimize reporting, enable predictive insights, and support evidence-based management decisions.
